Once your order has been received, a Consultant will contact you for further information, and a Consent Form will be sent to be completed & signed by the relevant party.

We will then conduct our background screening checks (either directly or via a third party, depending on the circumstances) and will issue a detailed report with our findings.

Why companies do reference checks on prospective employees?

Reference checks are vital to ensure that the information supplied on a candidate's CV is true and correct. We can conduct either a basic verification of a reference letter, or an in-depth verbal reference with a candidate's direct Manager to gain insight into their character and work experience.

Options:

1. Reference Confirmation: we will contact the referee to verify the written references provided;
2. Character Reference: we will contact a personal associate to conduct a reference check on the person's character;
3. Standard Reference Check: we will conduct a basic telephonic reference with the workplace supervisor and provide a written report with the outcome;
4. Executive Reference: we will conduct an in-depth character and work reference outlining the personal achievements and contribution to the company.
